I has several mechanics look at my 96 Corvette to try and figure out what was causing a knock in the rear end of my car. The noise stumped several qualified people. I brought my Vette to Highline as a first time customer and was treated like family. Several test drives and efforts requiring a number of their employees led to the first accurate diagnosis of the problem. Not only did Highline find the problem, they ordered the parts, pressed in new bushings, and installed in a matter of hours. I am really impressed with these guys and I'll be back. There's a reason why you see performance vehicles parked in their lot.

As a new customer with big car problems (engine, brakes ect. ect}, I was treated very well and informed of all problems and time frame to complete. After all completed, all seems to be good so far. Hope to continue being a customer for long term. THANKS to ADAM AND THE MECHANIC for a great job.

I order a 8 Inch screen for my radio, they made the process easy , received it on time, and then I decided to sell my truck and even do it was passed the return date, I was very surprised that I was able to return the item and get a full refund, Thak You.

I'm someone that has had many years experience with cars needing repair. The 2009 Prius has some unusual challenges that many mechanics have insufficient experience to repair, and if they do, they over-charge for exaggerated diagnoses of repairs needed. Toyota failed to notify us of a recall on instrument cluster years back, but I'm grateful that this needed repair, out of my pocketbook, was solved by Wes and his team, that now served as a link to the best auto repair around! Their excellent communication,( which is rare in this industry), their kindness, and humor, along with talent, gives me peace of mind for future repairs. What a Silver Lining!

Thank you to Wes and the team at Highline CarCare! I recently took my 2017 Honda Accord with 59,600 miles in to get an oil change and they informed me that my engine was leaking oil and it would be a minimum of $1500 to fix. Adam informed me that I still should be under manufacture warranty and recommended that I take it in to Honda dealership right away. After convincing Honda that there was an oil leak, they were able to repair it under warranty. I am extremely grateful that Highline team found the issue and referred me back to manufacture under warranty, saving me thousands of dollars! Honda stated that it would've been over $4000 in repairs if I had waited another 500 miles. Thank you all again!

Wes and his team did a great job on a recent repair of my vehicle. They picked up the vehicle, left me a loaner, and had my vehicle taken care of quickly. It was a repair that could have taken somebody else longer, but they had it done in about 5 hours. I will continue to use their services. They did what they said they would do for the price they said it would be.

I highly recommend Highline!! The lobby was VERY clean and stocked very well with cold drinks and coffee. It made it was easy and comfortable to wait for my vehicle which they also did a fabulous job on for less than half the price of the dealership!! Oh and the staff was super nice and very informative. Thanks Guys!
